Ingredients1 1/2 cup whole wheat panko crumbs1 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp sea salt1/4 cup liquid egg whites1 medium head cauliflower1/2 cup hot sauce1/4 cup unsalted butter View Cart (0) Checkout DirectionsPreheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine panko, garlic powder, and sea salt into a zip lock bag (or a large bowl with a lid) that is big enough to hold the cauliflower. Pour the liquid egg whites into a small bowl. Break off the cauliflower florets. Add to the liquid egg whites and stir to coat. Make sure all florets are coated. Immediately add the cauliflower to the zip lock bag or bowl that has the panko mixture. Seal and shake to coat the cauliflower. Arrange the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until lightly brown In a medium saucepan, heat the butter and hot sauce together. Whisk to combine. Remove the cauliflower and pour the melted butter and hot sauce mixture over to evenly coat. Bake for another 7-10 minutes. Serve alone or with dipping condiments. Enjoy!
