Single serve packs - broth packages

I had a bad experience with these single serve they looked like the codelted. They turned to small balls I ruined 3 packs tryin to heat up the packs . I got upset and decided to use broth out the can. I have goods that is no use to me.how can you help me with the other packages that I have. What am I doing wrong???? Please help me!!!!
