It helps
This has been a great help.
Can’t tell a difference
It’s been three months and I can’t tell any difference.
Skeptical.
I was always skeptical of GLPs and medicines similar to them. Both of my parents are large and overweight themselves and even using things like ozempic did not help them actually. I’ve tried many different types of supplements before coming across this one. I myself am 6’4,385 currently. I started taking this a month ago at 409. It’s helped me more than anything I’d say to keep my cravings and appetite under control. I wasn’t expecting any kind of miracle pill. I am a former football player and just naturally very large. I carry 265 lbs of muscle on my frame and hover around 30% body fat, so not your typical user. However, with lower my calories and increasing my water intake. I haven’t changed my workouts at all and lost a solid amount of weight after only going through bottle 1 of 3.
Does not work
I have been taking it for about 2 months and have monitored my food intake. I weigh the same as when I started. There might be a slight decrease in appetite.
