For all Unjury flavors, do not use in liquids hotter than 140º F. Proteins, when heated, change texture. For example, a raw egg changes texture when you scramble it. If you add Unjury to a hot liquid, the protein will clump if it’s too hot. A food thermometer is the best way to get the temperature just right.
