Great Alone or Together with Other Ingredients
I like the taste of this vanilla shake better than any of the others that I have tried. I had my surgery 3 years ago and still use shakes for an extra protein boost. After 3 years of drinking protein shakes, I have tried several different brands. Bariatric Fusion Vanilla shakes have an excellent flavor that is accentuated by a high protein content and multiple vitamins and mineral to boot. Because the flavor is vanilla, it can be consumed alone or with other foods. My favorite is to throw it into the blender with some frozen strawberries and some 2% milk. It tastes just like a strawberry milkshake and I can make it 4-6 ounces, just the right size for a bariatric stomach.
