The best part is that this recipe utilizes healthy alternative ingredients like plain Greek yogurt and low-fat cheese to mimic chicken wing dip consistency and flavor. Dig in! Ingredients2 boneless, skinless chicken breast2 Tbsp olive oil1/2 tsp paprika1/2 tsp chipotle chili powder24 wonton wrappers4 oz 1/3 less fat neutchatel cheese bar1/4 cup plain greek yogurt1/2 cup hot sauce3 oz blue cheese crumbles View Cart (0) Checkout DirectionsPreheat oven to 350°F. Spread olive oil over chicken breasts; then sprinkle evenly with paprika and chili powder. Place in a baking dish and cook for 25-30 minutes. Remove chicken and let cool, then shred. While the chicken is cooking, place wonton wrappers in 24 mini baking cups, pressing the wrappers into the sides of the cups. Bake wonton wrappers for 5 minutes or until light brown. Keep the wontons in the baking cups. In a medium-sized bowl, stir together cream cheese, yogurt, and hot sauce. Add the chicken and stir until well coated.
