That’s because they’re crunchy, satisfying, and super easy to make! All you need is a mini muffin tin, cooking spray, a few minutes of prep time, and a handful of diced-up ingredients to build this quick and simple bite-sized snack. This delicious recipe starts with a base of crispy, crunchy wonton wrappers, just like egg roll wrappers, but smaller. Simply buy plain wonton wrappers, then press them into a muffin tin and bake in a preheated oven for a 5-minute cook time or until they are golden brown and crispy.Pull the wonton wrappers out of the oven and fill each cup with a scoop of tuna salad. Tuna is a yummy source of protein and gets dressed up with mayo, Dijon, celery, lemon juice, dill, and garlic powder. These tuna wonton cups are the perfect serving size after metabolic and bariatric surgery since they’re already portioned out for you perfectly!Tip: If you’re not a fan of tuna, it’s easy to make chicken salad instead! Simply dice up chicken breasts until fine, mix with mayo and seasoning, and add the chicken mixture to the wontons just like you would with the tuna salad. Buffalo chicken would also work great here!
